Mom Family Calendar · Updated 10 October 2026
חיבור Google נועד להציג אירועים ותזכורות לבעלת האתר. הוא לקריאה בלבד. מדיניות זו מתארת את המימוש הנוכחי.
Purpose and access
This is a privately operated dashboard for personal family use. Google Calendar data is used only to provide the owner's calendar display, event preparation and reminders. Access to this data is enforced on the server for the authenticated dashboard owner.
Google data read
The application requests read-only access to calendar events and the calendar list. Calendar identifiers and display names are read for calendar selection. Event reads are limited to the single calendar explicitly selected by the owner.
The stored event snapshot contains event titles, start and end dates and times, all-day markers, event identifiers, the selected calendar's name and synchronization metadata. The application does not retain event descriptions, attendees, locations or attachments. It does not write to Google Calendar.
Storage and processing
The private dashboard runs on Cloudflare Workers and stores its private calendar snapshot in Cloudflare D1. OAuth access and refresh credentials are encrypted at rest in the application. HTTPS is used for communication. Cloudflare processes hosting, storage and technical request information as the infrastructure provider. Google processes authorization and Calendar API requests.
A successfully refreshed snapshot replaces the previous current snapshot. If refresh fails, the previous snapshot may be retained and marked as stale. Reminder preferences and delivery records are stored separately to support reminders and prevent duplicate delivery.
Sharing and limited use
Google Calendar data is not sold, used for advertising, shared with other dashboard users or used to train AI models. It is not sent to an AI service by this application. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Disconnect and deletion
The owner can disconnect Google in the private dashboard's calendar settings. This removes the application's Google connection credentials, pending authorization state and current imported Google snapshot. Local reminder preferences and delivery history may remain; disconnecting does not delete the original events in Google Calendar or the separate iCloud connection.
The owner can separately revoke the application's permission in Google Account settings. Private operational backups may retain earlier records until the owner removes those backups. Further deletion of local records or backups is managed by the dashboard owner.
Contact and changes
For questions about this connection, use the support email shown on the Google authorization screen. This policy describes the current implementation and will be updated if its data handling changes.

These explanatory pages contain no personal calendar data. They do not connect to the private database and have no forms, analytics scripts or application cookies. The hosting provider may process standard technical request information.
